Kankel 75% Peru 75g

This is a very special and unusual variety of cacao that grows at more than 1,300 meters above sea level. It is known as Chuncho.

The slight bitterness and tropical acidic touches are reminiscent of passion fruit with nuts.

The blend with Criollo beans gives fresh almond aroma, nuts and final spicy touches of toffee, dulce de leche and nutmeg.
